Transformative and relatable, Tanya D. Lee, is a dynamic social services and social equity leader that has built up a reputation for success in the nonprofit and social enterprise sectors. As a former resident of the Chicago Housing Authority’s public housing, Tanya well knows and understands the plight of being impoverished and living in disinvested communities. Now, as a successful entrepreneur, she has made it her life’s work to give back to the very communities and people that come from the type of environment she was raised in.

Tanya is an adaptable self-starter with an uncanny ability as a leader that works well independently or in a team-oriented environment. She is an innovative, creative, and focused individual, with a strong interest in helping others. Organized and detail-oriented, Tanya has been effective in leading and implementing large residential housing developments for low-income and mixed-use projects; training small business owners on cultivating team strengths in communicating, problem-solving, and managing; and working with nonprofits as a help agency to help grow their capacity and effectively manage operations.

In the social service sector, she is equally strong, with a background in case management, youth development, community organizing, programs and outreach. Past experience includes servicing agencies with monitoring and supervising program activities, developing and enhancing program goals and objectives, and oversight of budget allocations.

Lee Taylor PCG is on its way to being a million-dollar company with contracts that include supporting its clients in ensuring efficiency and compliance with appropriate policies, procedures, and specifications; preparing required reports in a timely manner for federal contracts; and evaluating program effectiveness to develop improved methods. From recruiting to marketing methods, Lee Taylor PCG develops and facilitates workshops, coordinates logistics, advises on community engagement and simply gets the job done.
